I was moving on 9/1. Somehow the movers I had hired bailed on me. On 8/31 I had no movers. A friend of mine passed me a card with info of 617movers. Surprisingly I was still able to secure a crew from them on the next day. Everything went well. These guys saved my ass.

Did a move with packing within Brookline on Tuesday. Ivan and John were a great team. Friendly, on time, and thorough. They had my entire studio packed up and in their truck within about 2.5 hrs. Unloading took about 1 hour. All items arrived intact. Definitely recommend!

Your movers did a phenomenal job with my recent move! they were extremely efficient, professional, and friendly, moving all the contents of my 1 bedroom apartment (including disassembling/reassembling my bed) in record time. They even provided advice around furniture layout for my new apartment during the move-in!

They arrived, got to work right away, made everything fit in the truck and did the whole move in just over 3 hours. Never any complaints, they were friendly, asked questions to check things and followed my instructions. I used 617 Movers several time over the past 2 years to move my stuff between my condo in Cambridge and my summer house up in Vermont. I always get the same crew and they are very professional and attentive to my instructions. The rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
